October is just around the corner, and today Ashley has a recipe just perfect for fall weather – Pumpkin Snickerdoodle cookies. Made pretty much the same way as a traditional snickerdoodle, the addition of pumpkin puree makes these cookies a great Autumn treat. The aroma of the cinnamon and pumpkin while the cookies are baking is sure to have the whole family waiting for the oven door to open!

Can we substitute oil for shortening?
OOOOOO!!!!! I’m taking these to a school picnic this afternoon…amazingly I have all of the ingredients!
