Did you know today is National Chocolate Covered Cherry Day? In celebration, Ashley has a really decadent recipe for Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies! It all starts with a brownie like cookie that gets topped with a maraschino cherry and then after baking gets topped with a rich chocolate topping.
