Today Michelle has a recipe for BLT Pasta Salad that can be served as a side or as a complete meal! Her version is made colorful from the addition of bright red cherry tomatoes and vibrant fresh baby spinach. Lemon juice gives just the right amount of fresh citrus flavor, and a Greek yogurt dressing packs lots of flavor. There’s just a few more ingredients in the salad, and it’s best served after chilling in the fridge for a few hours.
