Today Michelle has a recipe for a great way to use Brussels Sprouts! Her slaw packs lots of great flavor from apple cider vinegar, fresh lime juice, cumin, fresh cilantro and a few more ingredients. Red bell pepper and red onion add a nice contrast of color to the bright green sprouts too.
