Her version starts with fish marinated in some great seasonings like garlic, cumin and Sriracha sauce plus a few more. After just 10 minutes it gets cooked on the grill for about 10 minutes.
Fresh slaw made with cabbage, red onion, cilantro and more gets layered with the fish inside a crunchy taco shell tucked into a soft flour tortilla that has been lightly spread with Sabra Lemon Twist Hummus for a tangy twist. Top with avocado or sour cream for even more flavor – and keep in mind that this recipe will have dinner on the table in about 30 minutes!
