Looking for a quick and easy meal for a busy weeknight? Michelle has a super easy one for a flavorful grilled chicken salad. Most of the time involved is simply waiting for the chicken to marinate – leaving you time to help with homework, do chores, or just relax!
Once marinated, the chicken only takes about 10 minutes of cook time and then you can assemble the salad and dinner is served.
