Traditional Shepherd’s Pie is made with beef, but Michelle has a version that calls for pork instead. It all starts with a diced pork loin filet being browned in a skillet. Add in a few veggies and a couple other ingredients and then pour into a baking dish.
Top with mashed potatoes (pipe them on for a prettier presentation) and it all gets baked for about 15 minutes. Even better, it’s a complete meal so that means less clean up!
