Plus, I found out that you can’t order at Target.com online from your computer and be able to use the cartwheel to get the other discount. You have to use the app on your phone. A lot of wasted time for me, but I learned this for the future! Great deal, though for nail polish. Thanks for posting!
You have the wrong promo code in the deal at the bottom. It is NAILDAY, not NAIL CARE. At least, I could not get that one to work for me. 🙂
