tenderloin

Here’s a great dinner idea that is super easy to make – slow cooker pork tenderloin. It only takes about 5 minutes of prep time and then sit back and let the slow cooker do it’s magic. You only need a few ingredients – Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic and a few more.

Place the tenderloin in your slow cooker, top with the ingredients and the end result is a super moist and flavorful start to your dinner. Serve up along rice or your favorite sides for a family pleasing meal that will also impress guests. You can check out the complete recipe along with instructions and additional photos on the post HERE.

Wednesday Recipe: Shortcut Swedish Meatballs

swedish2
Need dinner on the table in a hurry? Michelle has a great idea – Swedish meatballs that can be on the table in about 10 minutes! You will need to take into account the time to make the sides – so if you are short on time, you might want to consider pasta, or serving up in a microwave baked potato.

There’s just a few ingredients needed for her recipe, which starts with Cooked Perfect meatballs. A rich sauce is made, the meatballs added, and a couple of minutes later they are ready to be served up over potatoes, pasta or even rice. Add a tossed salad on the side for a complete meal. You can check out the recipe along with instructions on her post HERE.

And, you can print a coupon to save $1 off when you buy Cooked Perfect Meatballs to help keep this recipe budget friendly!
