Not sure what to make for dinner? Here’s a fun idea for dinner – pepperoni & cheese stuffed chicken! It all starts with pounding boneless, skinless chicken breasts very thin, which then get stuffed with lots of flavorful ingredients. Once breaded, just brown in a hot skillet and then transfer to the oven to finish baking.
