This week you can grab some great Target deals on mascara. Thru Saturday, February 22nd, Target is offering up a FREE $5 Gift Card when you buy just two select mascaras.

There is a high-value insert coupon to save even more. The CoverGirl Professionals mascara recently went up in price at my store to $5.49. But, even if you have the higher price, it will still be FREE after coupons & gift card….
