Looking for a refreshing salad to make for dinner tonight? Even though summer is not here yet, strawberry spinach salad is a great idea to make for supper any time. There’s only a few ingredients in this healthy salad which is topped with sliced almonds and feta cheese.

Fresh strawberries not only had flavor, but a bright pop of color to this tasty salad. Homemade poppy seed dressing pairs with the salad perfectly. Serve all on it’s own, or for a heartier meal – add soup and the bread of your choice.
