Mushrooms, red onion, sweet peppers, and spices including smoked paprika add tons of flavor. A few minutes in the broiler after sprinkling Monterey Jack on top adds a layer of melted cheesy goodness!

chocolateHere’s a recipe sure to satisfy any sweet tooth! Basically it is a decadent chocolate peanut butter pie but layered in a glass instead of a pie tin. It’s so pretty to look at too – so perfect for impressing guests.

The recipe can be made pretty quickly so that the only wait time is while it sets up and chills in the fridge. Garnished with a little whipped topping and chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups, this dessert is sure to be a hit!
