Recipe: Chocolate Covered Cherry Dream Pie

It all starts with a crust made of crushed oreos that gets topped with a luscious cream cheese & cherry filling. After chilling for a few minutes it gets topped with a rich chocolate ganache. Then just let it sit in the fridge until it gets nice & chilled, and dessert is ready!

Wednesday Recipe: Double Decker Grilled Fish Tacos

If you are a fan of fish tacos – or if you have never tried them and always wanted too, you might want to check out Michelle’s recipe. Her version starts with fish marinated in some great seasonings like garlic, cumin and Sriracha sauce plus a few more. After just 10 minutes it gets cooked on the grill for about 10 minutes.

Fresh slaw made with cabbage, red onion, cilantro and more gets layered with the fish inside a crunchy taco shell tucked into a soft flour tortilla that has been lightly spread with Sabra Lemon Twist Hummus for a tangy twist. Top with avocado or sour cream for even more flavor – and keep in mind that this recipe will have dinner on the table in about 30 minutes!
