Her version calls for whole-wheat penne pasta, spinach, and of course tuna for the primary ingredients. Fresh garlic, sour cream, chicken stock, fresh lemon zest along with a few other items adds tons of flavor.

The addition of parmesan and mozzarella cheeses puts this dish over the top! There’s not a whole lot of prep involved, and baking time is only about 10-15 minutes – so this dish is perfect when you don’t have a whole lot of time to get dinner on the table.
